Today I added some (1tbsp) of mint chocalate ship icecream to my vanilla triple threat and milk shake....it tasted AMAZING, I wont make a habit of this, but it was definately a VERY NICE treat. BTW I am bulking right now anyway, and bodyfat is still on the low side!

Don't let it happen again!:D
Really though, that sounds good. Have you tried blending it with tofu and diet chocolate flavored soda? Makes some nice thick "stuff"!

I am going to give that tofu a shot, also I am going to looking some type of minty flavoring, it was the vanilla and the mint together that made it really sweet!

I will hafta try mint + vanilla.

Stuff I do with tofu and blenders:
I use MoriNu "light" silken tofu (firm) 12 oz pack
20g protein
4g carb
2g fat
~125 calories
Each shake is about 24 oz.

1. cranberry citrus shake:
8 frozen or raw cranberries (or other berries if ya want)
1 12 oz pack tofu
diet mountain dew
squirt of lemon juice
vanilla extract
ice cubes
sweetener
Blend tofu, mountain dew, lemon juice, vanilla extract and sweetener so it is mixed but still thick. Add lots of ice cubes and the frozen berries. Blend until the ice is all broken/melted. It should be a very light ice-cream shake like consistency.

2. grapefruit tofu shake:
1 grapefruit
1 12 oz pack tofu
ice
sweetener if desired
Peel grapefruit and blend. Add the tofu and blen until smooth. Add ice and blend some more.

3. Koolaid tofu smoothie
Sugar-free koolaid
1 12 oz pack tofu
water
Blend water, tofu, and add some sugar-free koolaid mix (sweetened kind). Add peanut butter and/or vanilla extract if desired. It's good shit.

I'm cutting, so I don't have any good bulking shakes to mention. Try banana with peanut butter, cocoa and sweetener. Maybe strawberries, too.

I think if more people tried blending tofu, it would be hella popular. It has a good smooth consistency and you can make it taste like nearly anything. Tastes nothing like fermented soy.

I have to agree with plornive, blended silken tofu is outstanding in mrp shakes. You create almost like a pudding, plus it is much more filling than just water. Plus, you are adding some soy protein, to the typical whey protein MRP's, creating a more broad amino acid profile. Later
