Yea, so I tried HIIT today... I tried to sprint 30sec then jog 30sec for 4 times, (8 total increments)... All i felt at the end was that I was about to ralph (throw up)... I had to lay down beside my truck for like 15 minutes before I could get the courage up to hop in the truck and drive a standard 5 minutes home. Sucked ....... any suggestions?
