gym: 5 days per week (2 days push, 2 days pull, 1 day legs)

@Hawk86 this is good info but it has no details at all. Its impossible to judge anything from this.

We need to see a log journal of your diet, training in details.

Diet, meals food and when you eat them, Training what sets and exercises you do and how when.

We need this to help guide you cycle properly.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your diet, training details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
