Tren - Test advice

1st cycle with tren.. Thinking 8 week cycle

My plan was,

Week 1-8:
300mg test-e
200mg tren-e
.25mg Caber (every 3 days)

Week 9-10:
Clomid
Novadex
HCG

Week 9-12:
Clomid
Novadex

Does this seem right? And what are the pct dosages?

@Hawk86 the cycle idea not bad 300mgs test sports trt and 200mgs tren with dostinex. You are missing a few things. Even with 300mgs testosterone you need an AI, use 5mgs aromasin Mon and 5mgs thursday, and you need organ liver support, take n2guard 7caps ed.

Also, I suggest you do the cycle 10-12 weeks with 12 weeks being optimal with test/tren.

For your pct, 4 weeks pct is a broscience myth, you need at least 6-8 week pct to recover post tren cycle.

PCT layout how I see it:

week 1-2
HCG 500IUS 3 x/week
clomid 50mgs ed
nolvadex 60mgs ed

week 3-4
clomid 25mgs ed
nolvadex 40mgs ed
hcgenerate 5 caps ed

week 5-6
nolvadex 20mgs ed
hcgenerate 4 caps ed

week 7-8
nolvadex 10mgs ed
hcgenerate 3 caps ed

This way you combine serms and test boosters to fully recover. But you need a full log journal with diet and training and cardio so we can see your progress and guide you to further success.

I wouldnt run Tren E first tren run...should be using ace...if sides get nasty you in for a bad experience
 
when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... @Hawk86 this is good info but it has no details at all. Its impossible to judge anything from this.

We need to see a log journal of your diet, training in details.

Diet, meals food and when you eat them, Training what sets and exercises you do and how when.

We need this to help guide you cycle properly.

Add lean muscle and cut body fat down some.

I will start the log when I start. Still about 3 weeks out from starting the cycle.
@Hawk86 you will do well with adding muscle and cutting fat.

But the LOG journal, you should start now, because logging and recording things takes time, modifying diet takes time, weeks.
