tren, mast, var, cycle results...

Very nice improvement bro. What was your diet like on cycle? Overall caloric defecit I assume. How much cardio?

i will not lie my diet was not 'perfect'... i had some off days and just made some extra carb up days lol... my protein was high, fats moderate and carbs low most days... i did not go as strict as last years cut, and i didnt get as lean; from the front you cant tell as much, but from the back and even the side of my arms im holding some extra fat... i do feel that the extra 'cheat days' meals or carb ups or whatever you would call them helped me maybe gain a bit in my upper chest... and i would have loved to run the full 12 weeks but i already had a late start and i just didnt plan out my gear to have enough for 10... should have grabbed an extra vial of mast...
but it is what it is... i am always on a budget because i put a lot of money and time into my family and the kids' sports and that comes first... i can usually afford one big and a couple small cycles a year, so rather than get more gear to stretch it out a couple weeks, i just feel better getting back off the heavy gear, dieting and looking forward to the next...
i did plan on doing a lot more cardio... that idea was shot to shit... I DID ZERO CONVENTIONAL 'GYM' CARDIO.... however my work is very physical and im on my feet 12hrs a day most nights and lifting a lot... so that is my cardio...
my log is in the anabolic logs section... there are quite a few examples of my typical diets in there and quite a few of my workouts...
