Starting Monday is a new routine. I'll post it for you fuckin d bags who don't follow anyway

Push downs 3x8
Reverse pulls 3x8
Bench Dips 3x8

TUESDAY ABS CARDIO
Rope crunches 3xFail
Leg raises 3xFail
Obliques3xFail
Elliptical
Leg press 3x15
Squats3x15
Calf raises 3x15

WEDNESDAY CHEST
Flat Bench 3x8
Incline bench 3x8
Decline bench 3x8
Flies 3x8

THURSDAY BACK
Smith machine pull ups 3xFail
Triple Superset pulldowns 3x8
Straight arm pulls 3x8
Face pulls 3x8

FRIDAY SHOULDERS

Why 15 reps for legs? You have 8 reps everyother exercises, do the same for legs and move the weight up...just my opinion. Start the week out with arms? I have those end of the week...anyway good from a glance.

They're lacking and I figure they should be well enough to utilize as a secondary muscle on back and chest etc

Gotcha! Try it out and just make sure when you hit them that you can't walk the next day...lagging on me as well, hitting them tomorrow morning...squats, press, seated squats, extensions, curls, & stiffs...done!

K So I switched my routine to have arms on Friday which was dece.
So I'll post an end of the 2nd week pic . As well as my arms day workout.

Straight bar

Hammer curl(bar) 25/side
3x8
Alt Dumbell curls
50x3x8
Concentration curls
37.5x3x8
Tricep extensions with the hammer curl bar. Strict and slow.
25/side
3x8
Push downs
170x3x8
1 handed reverse Tricep pulls
40x3x8
Dips
BWx3xF

Got an insane pump too!
Loving it. Noticing some more cuts. As well as size. Fuxkin loving it
