Training ?

I have never really worked hard on my legs. I am beginning to look disproportionate.

One of my goals using gear is to improve on them would you recommend:

A) Squats, Squats and more Squats!

B) Leg Presses, Squats, Extensions, Curls

I have heard mixed opinions.

Kepp in mind I care NOTHING about definition. All I want is for them to gain size so I don't look out of wack.
 
Come'on .... how long have you trained????


I'd say go with 'all the above' and where the hell is the calfs???? don't forget'em
 
If I have met 50 people who work out, 25 say just squats, 25 say all around.

I met a guy in the military that had legs larger then tree trunks and never did anything accept squats.

I do calves 3 times a week my quads are the concern.
