Training Routines for Females: No Muscles, just super fit & hot.

I posted this in the training forum and then noticed a forum specificly for girls. Yeah!

I am 20, and I work out all the time. I feel like I am really fit, but I want to maximize everything. What routines would you recommend?

I mainly just love being fit and looking hot. I go clubbing and wear some super revealing clothes and enjoy the attention. I am not looking for visable muscles the such, just nice looking girly girl fitness body.

I'm sorry if this comes off wrong but to be fit and firm you need muscle.

The only reason you would not see all the cuts and striations in the muscle is because of the % of body fat on one's body that would cover that all up.

When you say you work out all the time can you define what it is you do when you work out?

I am not knowledgeable about this stuff at all, I am sure you are right. I work out 5 nights a week, 30 minutes on steppers, bikes, or tred mills...

I do some stuff with girl weights when a girl I know shows me how but I don't know what to do unless she is showing me. I feel silly.

:)

I hear you.

Good news - you won't have to so much cardio anymore.
And now is a good time as any to learn all about weights!

I'm going to get some links for you to look at...

You belong to a gym? Does it have classes? You could always start off with a Body Pump or similar class ... you can learn some exercises and form, plus gain some condfidence in lifting.

Velvett!

I have to read those, thanks so much.

I do belong to a gym, but those classes seem so intimidating - maybe after I learn a little more.

Thank you.

The classes can seem intimidating ... just go early and talk to the instructor. He/She will really help you set up and keep an eye on you. :)
