ok here the deal for my training, from monday to Friday i do weights in the morning and again weights in the evening, on wednesdays and fridays i have rugby training in the evening, so i might not do weights on those days.i rest saturday and have a game on sunday..is that a healthy trainiing schedule or do i need more rest?..goal is to get lean, get rid off this belly waist fat!

looks like to much weight training. to lose fat go run for 30 minutes before you eat in the morning 4-5 days per weak. for weight training im not sure id give the best for what you are after.

do u think weights twice a day is too much?
im gona start running in the morning now eat properly and weight training 4times a week sounds good?
i feel like i should write up my training programme and start a log on here so i could get more tips..hmm

post up your routine. i dont really have the knowlege in the training that is good for you to comnent on it, but there are some others here that do.

not worried bout my weight training, i always thought do what works for you and thats what im doing with my weight training, Im working on one muscle a day but also adding supersets with other musles in between, but this is what im doing now, Monday Chest and Legs, Tuesday Shoulders and Legs, Wednesday Arms, Thursday Back, Friday Fill ins, Saturday Rest, Sunday Rest, but doing cardio everyday, thinking of cutting the weights down to 3 or 4times a week ..think im confusing myself now lol

It sounds like you are doing each body part once a week, correct me if i am wrong.

Again it is difficult to give advice as i have no idea how many exercises sets reps training volume you are doing.

I have a few friends who play rugby and they have no bodyfat problems whatsoever. Best advice in your case would be to start incorporating

some sprint type work into your routine, to be performed every day

for about 20 minutes as a minimum figure. The sprinting will help to increase speed, stamina and strength which is a must in your field and also help to reduce bodyfat.

Trying cutting back on carbohydrate based foods and concentrate more on protein, which will also help.

Thanks for listening. John.
