hey guys, whats up? ok, 2 weeks ago i tore my left knee acl at work,in your opinion, would it be wise to keep training my good leg? i didnt ask the doc yet, but he did say keep training my upper body, should be fine he said,. so far so good, just a few adjustments to my exersizes.but im getting conflicting advise, e.g. i could easily reinjure by the strength inbalace or both legs benefit from training 1 leg,has anyone had such an issue? let me know if you did and what you did, please.thank you for any advise you may have for me and have a great day!
