Took one shot, but decided to not go ahead with cycle

Hey bros,

This really is for a friend, not myself....LOL...

Anyways, my bro has been back and forth about cycling again.
His stats:

40 yrs old
6 foot
210 lbs
About 13 % Bodyfat
Been training hard for past 10 yrs
Been cycling a couple times a year for past few yrs, average about 2.5 months on, 3.5 months off, then on again same amount of time...

He just took a 3 cc shot of test; 2 cc of sust and 1 cc of test e.
both were 250 mg's/ml

2 days after taking this shot, he found out his wife is pregnant. This news along with his age and a promise to his wife has brought him to the decision of stopping the cycle and no longer cycling.

Will these 3 cc's shut him down? Does he need to apply any pct regimen at all? Nolvadex, HCG etc?
Or do u think he'll be ok with simply discontinuing use and go on with life?

Any of your advice and opinions are appreciated.

I'm not sure how his wife getting pregnant is a factor here, but, okay. One shot might cause I slight drop for a while, but it shouldn't suppress severely. Use a little UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE and you'll be fine.

I'd think if he considers using steroids an unnecessary gamble he shouldn't do it, irrespective of his wife being pregnant or not.

The wife probably pressured him. He will feel a little weird coming off, as long as he's aware he should be fine. PCT can't hurt.

Seems like a lot of test anyways for one injection. 500mgs would be better split in two. IMO

Yeah but things change... It could be the financial burden of a new child coming, or just wanting to make sure that you dont put your family at risk.

Logically, no... you arent gonna have entry teams at your front door over a few vials of AAS. But I know people that have been raided over it! And people who have got kick doored for 3.5 grams of weed, and the truth is that weed is MUCH closer to being viewed as "ok" to the general public, or a judge (typically) than AAS. But I do agree if a person has reservations about using steroids that causes stress and expense that, to them, exceeds the benefits they gain... then they really arent getting anything out of it... maybe he always has kinda felt that way and the news just made something click!! To decide after the first pin... he must really mean it! I know that once I pin the first time on a cycle, that shit is ON!!!

I doubt he will need a PCT. He should keep his levels monitored over the next month or two to see how he responds.
