You can visit a urologist if you want and discuss TRT. But you'll be on it for life and you have many, many years ahead of you at 23.

As for the rest part, i barely ever sleep and when i do i constantly wake up. I dont kno why its so hard for me to sleep but it is. I have used zma in the past, got wonderful sleep and felt well but only until i stoppedd it

Have you ever been checked for sleep apnea? It sounds like you have it and that can definitely affect your ability to recover significantly and make you feel like shit.

Not sure how old you are but i would try a test booster before resorting to HRT.

HCGenerate, unleased, DAA, Phyroserm 347...etc

At his age I would definitely try other options before a commitment to TRT.

I do u derstand where your comming from though valid point. I will talk with my endo. Probably try a new diet lots of exercise and the mega man vitamin pack. See if things improve

Fertility? Clomid & hCG do exist though but the fact that you for the rest of you life will relay on testosteron injections, isnt that enough said? I for once wouldnt want to depend on test injects for 50years.

Thats soooo stupid a 70 year old man will never have test at 1000...the bottom number is normal for oldest age and top for youngest age. Test declines over the years so how is 300 something normal? So when im 50 my test levels will probably be 0 haha i dont think thats "normal"

No, you've got it wrong bro. That's not how it works. The "normal" range is for adult men regardless of age. Just because your young doesn't mean your levels will be high, and just because you are old doesn't mean they will be low. I've seen plenty of guys in their early twenties in the low normal range and I know guys in their mid 40s in the upper 800s. As long as you fall within that range you are technically normal by their standards.

I think that you should lose weight and stop being overweight first and see what happens to your testosterone levels after that. Also, I think people have different receptors so a small amount of test in one person might work like a high number of test in someone else. Your 300 might be equal in potency to someone else's 600 I think.
