Too high in BF% but wanne add some muscle

Hello,

im fairly new to all the juicing and didnt do any cycle but planning one.

Now my question is , can i do a cycle ??
I'm 1m77 , 22%BF 85kg , im still cutting , coming from 27%BF , but now i wanne pack on some lean muscle , doesnt have to be BIG but just noticable.
Is this archievable in my situation ?

Doing 4-5 times cardio a week now and my diet is not bad , having always at least 170gr proteine and an overal caloric intake of +- 2000-2200 , vary's from day to day.

If you guys think ist way not possible , just say it , if there is a way , tell me also.

Since i've never juiced before , dont overload me with difficult stacks or somthing :)

Read kinda few threads and i see there are alot of people on it , so i hope i will get some good responses.

A lot of guys says cut some fat before juicing but I think if your BP and everything is in check(ie your in great health even though a bit heavy) a light cycle can greatly enhance the fat burning process and in the end the added muscle will help burn fat faster when off cycle.
 
I understand your dilemma, but personally I would wait to do any cycles until you've achieved more of your goals naturally. If you lift and diet right, you will still shed fat and put on muscle.
 
i agree with okie. just keep working bro be patient and the gains wil come. also i think u should more than a just "okay" doet before starting any cycle of aas. theres no point in spending all the money if ur not gonna get the most out of it that u possibly can. another thing is do a LOT more research before u put anyhting into ur body. i know im the kinda person that always wants to find the quickest route to my goals but with some things u just have to work and wait. bodybuilding is one of them.

My first suggestion is to stay away from AS until you get down to 10% bf, and until you have naturally achieved your peak.

Secondly, I would suggest you try carb cycling w/ refeeds, this might prove anabolic while helping you shed some bodyfat. In my signature you can see a link to my manuals, take a look at my carb/protein cycling manual when you're there.

Will be cutting for another 3 months , hope i will reach ~16%BF by then , with the 2200 cals diet and 5 times cardio a week , i hope i aint building a vision that aint archievable.

Measuring my %BF with some electrical device now , gonna get me some good calipers also , so i have an accurate sight on it.

Not that I followed this rule, but now I know better....

If you need a drop of body fat, get it done before a cycle.

When using gear, you need to be bulking. You'll put on some fat no matter what. My rule is to bulk until you add 2" on the waist. Then, cut to get back to your original waist size. I screwed up and packed on 4 1/2". I'm still working it off.

Eat enough protien to maintain your muscles. Train enough to keep from going soft. Work to get that fat off first.

Bulk is deceptive. You might loose an inch off the arms (I guarantee it if you go from 25% to 15% or lower) but it's all fat anyway, not muscle.

Davy I think that it is very commendable to want to get in shape at 77. Don't let age be a factor:p No really though you can build a ton of muscle while losing bodyfat. Start with 11 times bodyweight to get your daily calorie intake. Then go 55% protein 22.5% carbos and 22.5% fats from good sources i.e. EFA, CLA, GLA etc. I would take 3 grams CLA 3times a day with meals. I also reccomend cytodyne Muscle Milk as the best anti catabolic proteinn formula made (my opinion) My choice of steroids would be simple either test and anavar or eq and anavar. EQ and anavar would give the best quality retainable gains. I would do 25mg proviron throughout the cycle. I would cycle 12 to 16 weeks at low to moderate doses ex. 400mg eq weekly 20 to 25 mg anavar daily. Hcg and nolvadex post cycle to maintain gains my favorite or 3 weeks clomid. I would limit my aerobic activity so as no to burn muscle, besides you will not need it, providing that you weight train properly. Good luck this will work. I'm doing it now.
 
Thank you for the example , but just did some research and read that test and ananver dont mix that good and should be ignored.
They say its not effective and not safe , otherwise you can consider stacking anavar with primo or deca (just what i've read)


No nolvadex needed also ?:rolleyes:
