yeah, I definitely like option B. Although hard and long together in certain things isn't so bad.

Anyways, i had a question about the Saturday workout. Instead of doing taebo or pilates can i do a long steady run or is that not a good workout to trade out. I can make it to a class at my gym that is like a boot camp class but the weather is getting so nice that I figured if I could get out and run about 5 or 6 miles, that would be good.
 
I was wondering the same. I don't have any pilates or tae bo dvds. So I will just do some areobics or something. I am going rollerskating w/the kids on sunday :)

Preworkout 5:30-1 scoop protein shake

PWO-30g. sugar/ 1 scoop protein shake

8:30- 4 sl. FF turkey/1 tbsp. PB

10:00-1tbsp. PB

Totals= P173.5/C89/F28.5/Cals1337


Is 89 grams of carbs too low?? I hope not because I have changed my diet so much and I don't know if I can add anymore food into the day!!! I feel like i'm going to barf if I eat anymore!

weight in pounds times 10

times 30% = grams of carbs
