Thursday 3/31/05

I'm finally back.....my schedule is so messed up right now. I'm not working at the moment but I've been eating perfect and working out on schedule. I just haven't been around a computer for the past few days.

Here's today's meals....
2 Glucorell
2 multi vitamins

M1: 3/4c. egg beaters with 2 slices of wheat bread
M2: 1/2c. heart to heart cereal, 1.5 scoops whey protein in water w/creatine & glut.
M3: 1.5 tbsp. peanut butter, 4 slices FF turkey breast
Pre-WO: 1 scoop whey protien with water
1 glucorell, 2 multi-vitamins, 1 CLA, 1 omega 3
PWO: 30g. sugar, 1 scoop whey protein with water and creatine
 
Wednesday 4/6/05

8:00am-HIIT cardio 8 cycles 30secs flat tread at 9.0mph, recovery at 5.0mph w/level 12 incline
9:00-glucorell, multi-vitamin
1.5 scoops whey protein in water with creatine
1/2 c heart to heart cereal

It feels like forever since i've been here but I've been doing great on the program and seeing great results. I'll take some progress pics on Friday... :)

6:45-30g sugar(maltodextrin) w/1 scoop whey protien and creatine. P-25, C-33.5, F-.5, Cals-240
8:45-body felt low on carbs so I had 2 slices of wheat bread with 4 slices of FF turkey breast P-32, C-22, F-2, Cals-220
 
Thursday 4/7/05

9:00-1 glucorell, 2 multi-vitamins
9:15M1-3/4c. egg beaters, 2 sl. wheat bread
11:15-1/2c. heart to heart cereal, 1.5 scoops whey protein w/water and creatine
11:30-going for a hike with a friend for about 45 minutes and then I have my shoulders workout this afternoon...

thanks, I usually do but I forgot and I had already eaten half of the cereal. That creatine and glut is awesome by the way. I've never taken it before and I can really tell a difference with it. :)

REALLY? I used to take the r-ala, the only thing i noticed was a little less water retention w/ the carbs????????????????????

But i only took it on cheat days, i never tried taking it w/ regular carb meals. How you doin' girlie!?!?!?!?!!?
