Today's Squat and Bench workout

Ok, here is another workout.

Squat
135 x 10
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 1
455 x 1
495 x 1 x3

Pause Squats
325 x 2 x 2

Speed Squats w/ Safety squat bar
275 x 10

Bench
bar x 20
135 x 10
225 x 5
275 x 3
315 x 4 (delt started acting up, so I cut it there)

Cable cross (just to get blood into delt and pec)
60 x 12 x 2

Hammer incline
320 x 6 x 3

Tricep Extension (behind the head)
70 x 10
90 x 10
100 x 8

Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown
170 x 8 x 3

That was all for today. Felt pretty good except for the delt acting up.
 
Didn't you just do overhead presses not too long ago? Maybe that has something to do with your delt acting up. Maybe you could combine your shoulder work with your bench routine. Just a suggestion.

NAh,that was about 3 days ago, my delt will periodically just act up. sometimes I won't even do anything and it will just start to hurt.

Evidentally, when i tore the delt I displaced a rib head and that will eventually slide out and impinge on a nerve in my shoulder. It's just something i have to deal with.

Slobber, nice work on your DL workout, did U paint your face blue?
