that depends on how strong of pct you run... it can also simply depend on your anatomy and physiology as well... I can tell you this... If you don't run a proper pct, not only will you take an extended amount of time to recover, you run a risk of long term damage and you definitely won't be holding on to your gains after your cycle... the longer the cycle, the longer the recovery... the higher the doses, the longer the recovery... the worse the pct, the longer the recovery...
