Proper off cycle

I'll be coming off of a 12week test/deca cycle shortly. And I plan on takking 4-6 weeks off and jumping right back into a cutter style cycle. So my question is . What should I take or do during 4-6 week break.

Test C 500mg. Per week
Deca 250mg. Per week

34yr. Old
250lbs.
 
thats not even remotely close to enough time off to recover... you really dont care about recovery or long term health whatsoever from the sounds of it... this is a great way to shave years off your life... and for what?
 
4-6 weeks is clearance time of the estesr. and frankly with deca its gonna be longer. closer to 8 weeks

THEN you start recovering and should be on pct for a soft landing

always with deca give it 6 months to recover. the ester is long, hence the name DECA.

So I should wait the for up to 8weeks Of clearance before.strting a pct. Or would it be safe to jump into a cutter cycle??
(I'm asking because I'm not trying to shave years off my life)

@Shane wigg you're coming off a cycle and you still haven't shared your LOG journal with us? why?

and you have NO pct ready? this is why you should have had a log up.

if you dont want to shave years off your life START your LOG right now or you wont get real help

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
