They get the attention of the ladies' eye because she's like oh damn look at those nasty nuggets sitting on that monkey's bloated shoulders. *shudder*

I saw a "non-regular" at my gym this last Saturday. The dudes upper arms were at least twice as thick as his forearms. That is stupid in my book. I can see a touch here and a touch there for lagging parts if you compete, but this and the banner are rediculous.
