Bodybuilding is stupid.
Have fun spending all your time trying to LOOK like you can do something athletic.
Preoccupation with body image is for women.
Some people use performance enhancing drugs to actually enhance performance, which means actually doing something, yet 95% of the advice given here is related to "gettin huge".
Shut the f&*% up about diet. People come here to ask about drugs which, lets face it, is never really a safe or responsible decision. You still have at least a ten times greater chance of dying or being injured in a car crash than by using steroids. Are you going to tell someone not to drive because they're 21 and they don't "eat clean"? Someone who trains their silly balls off with a balance of resistance, cardio and endurance, eats calorie dense food, and takes low to moderate doses of AAS is going to be WAY healthier than some loser who puts on 50 lbs of muscle over what their natural limit would be eating a "clean" diet and taking a shitload of test and tren.
Bloodwork is worthless. Your levels are going to change all the time. Different people have different levels of hormones naturally. For instance, one person could be totally fit and healthy with slightly elevated estrogen, while another would be retaining water and crying during Oprah episodes. Use ancillaries to combat symptoms and learn how to adjust them with trial and error instead of seeking some false peace of mind with your worthless once a year snapshot of hormone levels.
I will not post again. Go ahead and remove this if you have to keep everyone in groupthink lockstep, which reminds me, hey moderators, quit dominating the whole site and responding to every post numerous times, especially when you're obviously shills for the sponsors.
BTW, if you lift because you want to be the guy that can stand up to other dudes, get in real shape and learn how to box or wrestle, its way better.
Peace!
