I'm lucky I lost a few pounds recently. That's dropped me to 29.7 and at 30.0 or greater, I'd be obese.

u know what....I was clicking on fitnessparadiseworld-Zlink thier sponsor banner. I thought we were commenting on BMI(body manipulation index) that sponsored them. the regular bmi link. yeah-hard to go by. It said I was 28.1. I'm 5'9" 190 with a 32". my veins pop thru out the day and my sixer definition is bleedin thru. but it says i'm overweight. just can't account for muscle weight

According to my BMI they're going to bury me in a piano case. I would imagine that would be much cheaper than a proper coffin so there's that to look forward to.

Yeah I'm 204lbs 7% body fat 6'1" and I've got a bmi of 26.7 so I'm almost obese.

.....I don't trust this one bit!
