broke my leg over the weekend. surgery scheduled for this AM. Performed the blood work the day of. surgery canceled. reason? Abnormally high red blood count. going back and forth as to why. I knew why. Last shot was 2 weeks ago. #s off. AAS causes high red blood count. in front of my wife and mother i basically admitted my use. Neither knew. getting hell right now. When we got home she demanded to know where my stash was. I had to tell her. In the garbage now. My mother is now sending me links of the harmful side affects of steroids. Telling me things I can already write a book on.

and now im sitting here with a broken leg that requires surgery and they wont operate on me (fear of clots). My blood count could be high for a month of more.

bro that sucks... i hope it all works out for you. try explaining to the fam the real side of steroids, maybe they wont be so quick to judge once they understand them. best of luck!

correct AAS use raises RBC and also throws off kidney values.

not sure why some people on here want to insist AAS use doesn't have consequences

thats why people need to cycle off .. let the body recover and breathe

damn dude im sorry to hear that, that sucks. just try and show them that your WELL EDUCATED on the subject and know the risks involved. NOT that your D*** will shrink and the regular bull that most people "KNOW" to be true. It will take a while for them to come around but you have to TEACH them what it really does, how it works, how it makes you feel, that your doing it as safely as possible. They should come around eventually. Have them watch "bigger stronger faster", I did that one to my mom, lol she was more understanding after seeing some LEADING experts in the world on AAS saying that it can be done safely. good luck man. hope all ends well

still not sure what im gonna do about this leg. I havent formally admitted to a doc...nothing documented about steroid use. i heard it can be a bad thing that follows you around. So when i go back to the doc to do more blood work im gonna say i took some over the counter natural test boosters...not steroids.

just go donate double red blood cells and you will be in range within a day...dont tell ur doc just go find a donor site at red cross do it and have him recheck you..problem solved
