i broke it snowboarding (wife's idea...ironic how it turned out). I was on this thing for 10 seconds and pop. Long story short this instructor fucked up and im suing the shit out of them. There is a beginners technique called "skating", where you push it like a skateboard on flat ground so u can get used to balance. So you have one foot in and one out. This guy got us on a hill, not steep, but steep enough for me to generate a good 15-20MPH with one foot off the board. My very first time stepping foot on a board, i stand up with one foot locked in, the instructor stood in front of the board and i was off....about 30ft later i fell, the fall was fine....but since I only had one foot locked on to the board, the board went one way, I went the other. I heard 2 load pops......i was hoping it was ligaments. Turned out to be Fibula. Right (driving) foot, so Im screwed for driving now for 6 weeks.
Just so you are all aware, as some of you on this thread have confirmed, juicing will bump up your red blood cell count. and what ive learned is this...
Docs will not operate on you under this condition unless its an emergency. They did not consider my surgery an emergency which is why they postponed it. And the reason why they are concerned is because during even a basic procedure you can get a blood clot, have a stroke or worse.
So i have my wife and mom yelling at me now saying things like what if you were in a car accident and you had to have emergency surgery and I had a stroke on the table and i became a vegetable.
What can I say to that? They are 100% correct.
I did all the right things while on to counteract sides. anti-Es, liver pills, saw palmetto, milk thistle, ate and drank properly. HCG during and proper PCT at the end. I prepare like you all do. Buy I think this is the one thing we dont think of. It would have to be the perfect storm right? Your juicing, you have a high red blood count, you get into a car accident, its an emergency so they perform the surgery, you have a stroke on the table.
Highly unlikely scenario? yes. Possible though.
Anyway, I have to find another way now. Yes i will get my test levels checked after im cleaned up. Ive had them tested before, they were low. maybe I can get a test cream for that little boost. My friend uses it. he no longer trains but he is still vascular.
What are some of the best natural supps out there. legal over the counter?
FYI, I had the surgery this morning. Im writing this thread at 345am eastern cause im in excruciating pain (to be expected) and cant sleep.
