Just about everyday
1.5lbs lean red meat
1.5lbs chicken breast
12 egg whites
1 post wk out shake with .5 pack sweettarts
.75 cup of oatmal
6 0z potato
10 oz brocolli
4 tbs ketchup
2 tbs flax
Dont know why I posted this. Seems to be working ok though. Cals may be a little low. I am up to 210lbs.
