This is what I eat.

Just about everyday

1.5lbs lean red meat
1.5lbs chicken breast
12 egg whites
1 post wk out shake with .5 pack sweettarts
.75 cup of oatmal
6 0z potato
10 oz brocolli
4 tbs ketchup
2 tbs flax

Dont know why I posted this. Seems to be working ok though. Cals may be a little low. I am up to 210lbs.

That's all you eat the whole day? Sounds highly like a TKD styled diet w/ some morning carbs, if it's working keep it up. Good job :)

Do you suggest I eat more? I am leaning up quite fast, but if adding more cals with enhance lean muscle growth than thats what I want to do. And your right all the carbs are before noon. I do reefeed with alot of carbs on sundays however. Its amazing how full I look after the refeed. Btw, I am using sus and eq.

I would not suggest changing anything, for it seems that you suggest that it's working fairly well. Until it stops working, don't mess w/ it.

Thanks, alot of people are like " your on sus and you only gained 11 lbs?" But what they fail to realize is adding 11 lbs while dropping bf is quite good. Yea I could eat 5000 cals a day and gain 30 lbs, but this 11 lbs (in week 6) is lean, no water, no fat.
