I feel like I have never really had a hard leg day until I have puked from it. I have read that Arnold used to puke after the most intense leg days. Kinda weird wanting to puke ... but in a weird sick way .. i think it would be kinda rewarding. I think that it is caused from EXTREME stress on your cns. Anyone ever chuck their lunch after squating? I have literally been bed-ridden before and literally could barely walk for about 3 days after. That was because I went to heavy to fast though.

Bumbity bump ... I just copied this to a sheet to print out to read every day before I do legs.

I have puked on many a leg day. It's funny because everybody says, "why do you do that to yourself, that's can't be good for you?". I don't even waste my breath explaining, those people could never even begin to understand or relate. They run from what we relish, pain.
 
I laugh at those guys walkin' around like their big without quads. They will never understand this. They think you're a pshyco....... Great post....
 
Glad to hear that I am not the only one who has puked during or after a leg workout. I have been known to throw up 5 or 6 times in a row, emptying my guts out during a leg workout and then returning to the gym floor to finish the workout. Pretty sick really.

Not sick at all! I tell people that I train puking can be a badge of honor or a badge of shame if you fail to finish the workout but if you finsh, well now you have accomplished something!
