I’m a big fan of weight training. I got into it a couple years ago at 40 years old and I’m addicted to it. I love going to the gym almost every day. My issue though is I’m not really getting far. My strength is not good and I’m not building muscle the way I had hoped. Also, I keep keeping my body fat. I have a hard time getting rid of it. What are some options for me in terms of performance enhancers that I can start taking?
