This is fucking awsome I think!

Holy shit!...talking about motivation! Very inspiring Quadsweep.
I'm going to visualize this before every squat day along with my usual recital.."There's no limits except the limits we impose on ourselves" as I slam my traps into the olympic bar, which is laced with slabs of pig iron!
IMO anyone apart from having serious back or knee restrictions, who doesn't squat isn't considered a bodybuilder/lifter.
There's nothing more taxing than regular balls to the walls heavy squats. It's rage in the lions cage baby! and if you go in with the mindset that every gruelling rep is a matter of life and death, and you come out of the hole no matter what it takes...then my friend..you've won! and there's nothing in life that you cannot conquer,as this discipline can be applied to all of our roadblocks we encounter.
Thums up to all lifters who give 100% on all leg days, as this will forge wheels of steel, strengthen character and secrete large amounts of hormones which are necessary when you're off the sauce.:chomp: :chomp:

This probably wont sound to normal to you guys ... but on some leg days ... I try to push myself so hard that I will have to puke.

I feel like I have never really had a hard leg day until I have puked from it. I have read that Arnold used to puke after the most intense leg days. Kinda weird wanting to puke ... but in a weird sick way .. i think it would be kinda rewarding. I think that it is caused from EXTREME stress on your cns. Anyone ever chuck their lunch after squating? I have literally been bed-ridden before and literally could barely walk for about 3 days after. That was because I went to heavy to fast though.

Bumbity bump ... I just copied this to a sheet to print out to read every day before I do legs.

Cheers
