^^^ you need to find a new gym or buy a home gym. that is late to workout and get in a decent post WO meal.
Have an awful sinus infection and now I think its strep. Laying low on the gym. Most time I've taken off in a while.
Did delts this morning and have cardio later on with abs and calves
I've been going around 8-9pm these days. All the new year resolutioners have made it nearly impossible to get a decent workout in earlier in the day. Today is push day though.
Did 32 sets for back today. Awesome workout. Pinched something in my lower back doing t rows tho. That sucked but finished kiling it anyways.

Off day... Going to do what I never do and hit abs for 20-30 min today.
