The last few Hrs, so Who's getting ready to kill it this mornin?
 
I am, just got home from working a 12hr shift. After i get the little ones on the bus Ill be killing it in the gym.
 
Did my empty stomach cardio this morning!! BOOM!!!
 
i wish.. i got at least 7 more hours in the office.. then a bunch of hours on a big construction type project.. today might just be an active rest day :(

ill have to kill it fri 7am
 
I am at work right now however tonight at 7. Its on baby. Chest and triceps.
 
I've been going around 8-9pm these days. All the new year resolutioners have made it nearly impossible to get a decent workout in earlier in the day. Today is push day though.
 
^^^ you need to find a new gym or buy a home gym. that is late to workout and get in a decent post WO meal.

Yeah, it cuts into my sleep as well. I'm usually in bed around midnight and back awake at 6am.

This happens every year, and the gym is usually back to normal by march.

I have small home gym and a gym at work, so I'm able to change up my routine a little when needed.
 
^^^ yeah i can imagine.. my gym kinda goes through that too, but i live in the sticks and people don't give a shit about their health here so it literally lasts 2 weeks and then goes back to normal. people go nowhere cause their shitty diets and quit pretty fast.
 
Have an awful sinus infection and now I think its strep. Laying low on the gym. Most time I've taken off in a while.

I feel ya there man. I've been battling a rough sinus infection/strep all week. It's been hell draggin myself to the gym... always seem to feel better when I leave though. It's that time of the year to get sick..
 
Did delts this morning and have cardio later on with abs and calves

I'm active in the forums daily or at least as often as my schedule permits. I smashed legs HARD just a few hours ago.
 
Did 32 sets for back today. Awesome workout. Pinched something in my lower back doing t rows tho. That sucked but finished kiling it anyways.

Yeah I'm the same i don't get to the gym until around 8pm on days i work and up for work at 5am.

I love volume work i'm so pumped i can't hardly drive.
 
Off day... Going to do what I never do and hit abs for 20-30 min today.

I devote 2 days a week for abs

sit ups,inclines,crunches, Ab Wheel & leg raises with a 5lb dumbell ,total reps for that comes to 300 each time.

I just started my cycle Yesterday, I counted 260 Tbol Caps at 10mg

So looks like its on. 1 gram of test ,50mg of Tbol...............Watch me fly!
