Thinking of trying helladrol and test e first cycle

As far as far as protein it's hard to get the 1gram per pound of protein from just food I mean Thats 240 grams a day and I'm trying to maintain or add muscle while I lose fat

But help me would be a better choice for carbs in evening time, i can barely stomach vegetables I make myself eat them I just got bad gag reflexes I use to take a green vegetable vitamin so I could still get the nutrients I need

A plain baked potato would suffice postworkout. As far as protein goes chicken, turkey, fish are all high in protein and low in fat. 12 oz ground turkey has 100 grams protein in it. Thats almost half in one meal.

That's only 40g of protein per meal ie 5oz of chicken or 5.5oz of red meat, it really a lot easier then you think you just gotta make it a routine, btw props on the weight loss you've already achieved!
 
Appreciate it I do usually double up on the meat when I eat for the added protein and the shakes I use 1 scoop usually except right after workout I usually eat oatmeal in the morning with my egg whites but I appreciate the help everyone and I will follow what y'all said to get my bf% and I'm ready to pack on the muscle
