Thinking of trying helladrol and test e first cycle

Well I'm 27, and weigh 238 ive cut my weight from 300 lbs. I am 5'9 with about 18 % bf. I want to know if this combo will be the best for me for rock solid muscle and not throwing on water weight? I also what would be best for cycle support and pct with these.

Hella is a good first choice, but I would personally keep up the good work and cut a few more off the bf before I touched it. Maybe set it as a goal to reward yourself, that would serve as a good motivator! Try to hit the 14% mark, and you'll get so much more out of your cycle with far less sides my friend

What would you suggest to help my gain muscle and drop the fat? I do about 30 min on the elliptical a day for cardio then i train Chest, back,arms and shoulders, and legs each one on a diffrent day to allow growth.and have been training hard but feels like I hit a barrier I was trying to get to 200 lbs but losing has slowed down so I want to start building up my muscles now. So I need suggestions and how u would run it.

I have an opposite problem as I'm trying to gain weight and have trouble eating enough calories, but if you are putting the time in at the gym, the other component is diet. Might check into 4-Hour body, I've had numerous friends drop fat with the slow carb diet in that book.
 
you need to change up your cardio routine for one... you need to incorporate some HIIT as well as endurance cardio... you need to shock your body and work on both aerobic and anaerobic types of cardio... i would guess your diet probably needs some work first... aas are not meant as fat burners... just because winstrol is a cutting type of steroid, it is not a fat burner... change some things up... maybe take some gw501516 and some albuterol for 6-8 weeks and see how that treats you and then consider a cycle...
 
I'm going to guess that your diet may be your biggest problem right now if you have stalled on losing fat. You are going to have to come up with a good diet plan and good training routine to see results. You need to do that, and get yourself in shape before thinking about cycling IMO.

Your cycle will be a lot more beneficial to you when you are ready that way. Post us up your diet plan and training schedule for advice and feedback to help you ;)
 
My diet is not that bad here's my usual daily diet:
Breakfast- egg whites and a cup of oats.
Mid morning- protein shake
Lunch- chicken,ground turkey, or fish with a little brown rice
Afternoon snack- another protein shake
Dinner- usually same as lunch with spinach or broccoli
Before bed- another protein shake .

I probably need to do more endurance cardio also . But on my lifts I do my usual sets then when I get done with my routine I go back and do each one til failure.

As far as a fat burner I take phentermine and lipotropic injections.
I just figured the more muscle I put in the more fat I will burn with them. I use to take ad-1 years ago before outlawed and j responded good with that

I have a 18 inch calf, 18 bicep, 38 waist 42 hip I have a 14 inch forearm and a 22 inch neck, 48 inch chest and 24 inches shoulder to shoulder so the bf% calculater don't incorporate most of them measurements. Now it's like I have really bad water retention but I still want to gain muscle MAss

Also I dropped from 300 to 238 in 5 1/2 months so I just want to I feel great on that aspect but I started seeing some definition and just want to muscle up, usually my gym time and cardio is after I worked a 10-12 hr day

I see alot of holes in your diet. Very little protein from food. Your relying on shakes too much. And why are you eating slow burning carbs late in the day. Take in some fast digesting carbs after training and no more the rest of the day. Eat 6 food meals, and 1-2 shakes max. If your retaining alot of water your sodium intake may need to come down, and water intake should go up. Are you drinking 2 gallons a day? What king of training are you doing?
