bro you are not alone.. everyone goes through ups and downs.
and its OKAY to lose some muscle, you aren't gonna grow 100% of the time. if you have to take a week off from the gym its OKAY. muscle memory is a great thing.
get ur job in order first and foremost. your other stresses regarding your social life should be put on a back burner, they will work themselves out. then once u get settled you can go back to dedicating yourself to the gym.
I think you said you were young.. like in your 20's still. anyway you shouldn't worry about anything right now except bettering your career. everything else doesn't mean sh*T. your friends dont matter, i know its hard to understand at your age but watch when you get older.. these friends of yours move away, get married, forget about you... so don't put them ahead of anything.
also money isn't as important as you think. it comes and go's. i know guys who were millionaires and now are broke. and i know broke people for 35 years who are now millionaires. the circumstances that those events occured will blow your mind.
2nd should be your health... then once you get into your 30's switch that around and put your health first and career 2nd once you are established.
