My first cycle @ 400mg/day for 7 days went great... minimal sides, minimal sweating/discomfort, excellent results. Started 2nd cycle on Monday and decided to go 600mg/day for the first 3 days, and then drop to 400 for the last 7... I didn't think it'd be a big difference. I WAS WRONG. DNP is potent shit, and just adding 1 extra cap/day for the first 2 days made me feel like total shit. Weak, sweaty as hell, couldn't sleep worth shit last night, throat is dry as hell, carb cravings are killing me. I'm going back to 400 now and for any future cycles. Word of advice: If you're planning on using DNP, the key word is CONSERVATIVE... take it easy with the dosages, or you'll feel like a big pile of shit like I do right now

if I don't get some friggin ice cream... a whole gallon with some nuts and some caramel in it... sounds fucking amazing. I'll let ya'll know if I buckle.
