Indeed, let the process work; A Hispanic gunned down a black kid for no or limited reason..maybe he was physically assaulted but it doesn't justify lethal force. Can we just ignore anything promoted by the race baiters that make their living on hype and bullshit about racism.

If both 'sides' agree there is substantial evidence to deem this man guilty of murder, why is this dude still running free? Just recently, the whole world screamed not guilty to Travis Davis due to substantial evidence pointing toward his innocence yet dude was executed. The system is fuked up. What you and I think doesn't matter, the system will do what it will.
At fist I was shocked, this dude was still free, but then I remembered it seemed to be the trend nowadays to find obviously guilty killers not guilty. I hope that doesn't happen again, but I wouldn't be shocked it does.

meh, troy davis was guilty as fuk in my eyes, 30 plus witnesses, shooting another man the in the face the same day (quite lol that this was not disputed by the defense or his supporters), a preious record for possession of a fire arm...the jury made the right call.
the fact that the victim was white and a police officer (moonlighting as a security guard) is what made this case so prominent imo...

I never vouched for his innocence nor condemned the man. I wasn't aware that having a record for possession of firearm meant you killed people. Its hard to shoot a man in the face with no weapon, so lets say there is a possibility that it couldn't have happened. there was no DNA evidence, no 30+ witnesses to the. There were nine witnesses of whom 7 say they were coerced by police, of the two remaining witnesses, one of them was suspect in the murder because he supposedly had the gun in his hands moments before Officer MacPhail was shot. Also several of the jury changed their mind about finding him guilty. I'd say, that is not guilty beyond doubt as the death penalty requires before execution. I sure as fuk would have minded being killed like that and so would you.
That's all I see, a fucked up system that's long due to get fixed now. just gotta find a little 'loophole' and your good to go.

anywhere I am able to consume it really. I find alcohol works at home, in the office, in the street, in other people homes, in airports, in all kinds of different rooms, in front of the TV, while high, ect., so the possibilities of the location to where me gals could be attended to are plenty but not endless.
Plus i was selling myself short last night, I could probably handle 2.75-3 shots of vodka as I've build a tolerance over the past years of practice.

i only watch mike & mike in the morning and john stewart and stephen colbert at night...and even those are depressing at times if you look past the humor...i never watch fox of cnn or even the local news...nothing but bullshit, lies and sadness there...i read my tax updates, my economic updates, my valuation and accounting periodicals and updates and i read rolling stone magazine (but i generally steer clear of most of the bullshit propogated by that left-wing nut-job matt taibbi)...that's pretty much it...no...i'm not well-read...and i'm not generally open to new ideas (although i am willing to listen)...i believe in citizenship and responsibility and hard work and having some fun once in a while...these are the things that i try to teach my kids...and, more through actions than words, most of the time...however, i am the parent and i am imperfect and i am not above "do as i say, not as i do"...thank you very much.

It's interesting how race is viewed, until I took a sociology class dealing with race in these United States I didn't realize that Hispanics have a very stratified pecking order based on race/pedigree. I was actually able to understand something about the people in my everyday life. My ex wife's sister married a Venezuelan and he was very proud that his bloodline could be traced back to Spain with no mixing. My brother is married to a Panamanian woman that has mixed heritage, black, native and Spanish.

One of my best friends in college was a black man and he was very confrontational...I remember his anger when he was ticketed for jay walking..a pretty much bullshit charges at OSU but he was a dick to the cops and he escalated the confrontation...I was stopped by pd for pissing in the alley on a drinking binge and apologetic to the police....I didn't get a ticket. White people understand they need to be deferential to the government, my black friends have always had a chip on their shoulder about it. Hispanic is an ethnicity, a culture. Mexican is a nationality. Both can be white, and many are. People misunderstand how broad a term "race" is. There are only several to cover billions of people. Not everybody in your race is going to look like you.
"White" doesn't only describe people of recent European ancestry...unfortunately, people use "white" today with a cultural connotation, when racially it has none.

here is some minor news that happened this weekend, really no big deal the shooters were black and the victim a annoying white dude
PREVIOUSLY: A student was shot to death at a Mississippi State University residence hall late Saturday night, prompting campus-wide alerts as authorities searched for suspects who fled the scene. The university held a press conference Sunday morning at 10 a.m. to release more details.
Bill Kibler, vice president of student affairs, stated the victim's name is John Sanderson, age 21, from Madison, MS. Sanderson is a first year student at MSU and transferred there from Holmes Community College.
The 911 call was placed at 9:54 p.m. Saturday night, and police arrived at Evans Hall within minutes. The shooting occurred in a first floor dorm room.
Sanderson was transported by ambulance to Oktibbeha County Hospital Regional Medical Center around 10:20 and was declared dead there at around 11:30 p.m.
Evans Hall, which houses about 300 male students, has security cameras at each entrance. That video footage has been downloaded and turned over to police. Dorm residents have to go through three separate key card entrances before reaching a residence room.
Three African American male suspects reportedly fled the scene in a blue Crown Victoria. Authorities believe the suspects fled the campus and probably the city of Starkville. Twenty four students from adjacent rooms were relocated after the shooting primarily to preserve the crime scene. A gun was recovered on campus but authorities did not say where it was found.
As of mid-day Sunday, no arrests had been made.
Kibler says the university cannot discuss the motive due to the ongoing investigation.
University President Mark Keenum announced he believes the shooting was an isolated incident, and there's no indication of any danger to other students; however, university and Starkville residents were cautioned to be aware of an African American male looking for a ride to Jackson.
Shortly after the shooting, the university began sending a series of text message alerts to students.
University Police are heading the investigation with the help of Starkville Police, Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Department and Mississippi Highway Patrol.

A few years ago, we had an absolutely horrific kidnapping/raping/mutilation/murder (in that order) of a young Knoxville couple.
And yes, both the guy and girl were repeatedly raped with a broken chair leg before being mutilated. The guy was given the benefit of a few bullets to the head and burned to death, whereas the girl was forced to drink pipe cleaner then placed in garbage bags and left to suffocate to death.

I wasn't inferring anything. Just said that the majority of people seem to be on the same page despite all the surfacing issues/arguments this recent tragedy brought forth. our justice system sucks. personally i don't care what color he is or what color the victim was, one is shot in the back and killed, and the other is not held for his crime. They must have a different idea/definition of what self defense is than the one i knew.

9. Dispatcher tells Zimmy we don't need to do that, sir.
10. At some point the two are face to face, who knows whats going on now.
11. 250lb Zimmy and 140lb Trayvon begin to wrestle on the ground, allegedly for a minute.
12. Zimmy claims kid was going to town on him, and shoots him.
Trayvon lays in a morgue for THREE days as John Doe because the police a) never check his phone for family members, last calls, etc and b) never go door to door asking if anyone knows the kid. They would have found his dad's fiance and brother, who was waiting on his Arizona tea (that's good shit). Lawyer says Zimmy has a broken nose and some other shit. Strangely, no hospital report of this. Zimmy is never a suspect due to Stand Your Ground law. His gun is never confiscated or checked in any way. His clothes aren't checked. Zimmy isn't tested for anything but dead Trayvon is tested for drugs and alcohol (clean).
This happened a month ago and you've only been hearing about it for a week because the police WERE NOT investigating jack and the story went viral on the internet. Now whatever evidence there was is in worse condition than the OJ trial.

He might have had 110lbs on him, but he was significantly shorter 5'9" vs 6'3". Seems like there's a lot of the story missing at this point.

If anything, it was the kid that had the right to stand his ground and resort to using a gun when some creepy ass fatty was stalking him and starting shit.

I dunno..is that what REALLY happened? I said I don't watch the news and not sure what the story is that's why I asked for clarification. I thought I read where the kid was on top of the guy attacking him and then ended up getting shot in the back after said attack.
If that's the case, then I stand by my statement.
If it turns out the guy was just following the kid cuz he thought he was another thug and shot him for no apparent reason then it's totally different.

I've been watching this case, and my opinion is that the media has created the grounds for a riot without a clue as to what happened... It's been 20 years now since the LA/Rodney King Police Beating acquittal riot. So no matter who's right and who's wrong, or who get charged and who doesn't, three facts will be the case: (1) Somebody will cry foul on behalf of the Black population; (2) The White supremists will use it as a tool to promote hatred (3) The media and the lawyers on all sides will make big $$$$$ from it all.

its really hard to comment on the subject intelligently without being there and knowing the real story... I read a story on msn today that said he quit following him and the kid circled back and hit him first... But to be totally honest I don't have a single fuck to give... I grew up in south central LA... My mom and I was chased outta our community in 92 riots with bricks and bats by people who a month before called us friends and ate our food etc etc.. This shit happens every damn day and this is just the medias way of blowing shit up to cause a stir with everyone in the country, total bullshit! Anyone know who Reginald Denny is??? probably not by name but u know him from the news.. in 92' he was the white truck driver dragged from his truck and beat within an inch of his life by the LA 4 while the cops sat on the corner and watched it all bc they were told on the radio not to break it up. Where the fuck was his justice??? where the fuck was sharpton and jessie at?? No fucking where... That guy was just doing his job and was beat badly, now hes basically a retard living in lake havisu AZ fixing boat motors living off of disability... Those 4 guys were convicted of mayhem only, the judge didnt want to charge them with attempted murder bc they didnt want to start up anymore shit... basically 5 yrs later they all were free on good behavior...
