The Ultimate Protective Ancillaries List?

Rich_d: You can pick it up at most Boots stores. You need the 2% shampoo. If not, most independent chemists will carry it.
Its sold as an Anti-Dandruff shampoo, but don't let that put you off.
Use daily.

Just a few more ?'s:
1) Will any of the above compete with each other (see original post), and therefore be taken apart from each other?

2) Is the CoQ10 essential? If so what is its role in protecting the heart? Its just that it sooo expensive!

3) Whats with the Niacin?!? Just too some yesterday and within 15 minutes I had major hot flushes!

Cheers,
EG

Give me a break.....take all that shit you bought and flush it. It's all a bunch of crap! You should have spent that money on food and your time worring about getting it right on your training! You are only taking 50 mg of Winny for 6 weeks?

I disagree. Those supplements(I take most of the same stuff when on) are useful. Better safe than sorry when it comes to prostate and kidneys/liver. Just look at Tom Prince, Flex Wheeler, etc. If they had taken some of these at the right doses, it may have helped them in their current sitiation. Better safe than sorry.

q10 is not essential. it improves blood flow to the heart. I believe.
niacin will raise HDL cholesterol, take .5 g , 3x/day during cycle and during clomid therapy.
q10 is expensive, so its up to you.
After a couple of days, you wont flush from the niacin.

rjl296 and Him1: Thanks bros.

Grainger: Hey Mr Antagonistic, whatever you do, don't ever plan on getting a job in public relations.
For your information I spend heaps on food (its my number one priority), and I train using DC methods periodised with some standard volume training. I train 5 days a week and do cardio.
The Niacin does cause hot flushes, though I can't remember how.

The Winny is merely a supplement. The other supplements are just there for safety.
If you want to go round with a screwed up heart, kidneys and a slap head, then good luck to ya.

OXANDRIN: Which are useless bro?

peace,
P
