The Ultimate Protective Ancillaries List?

I'm about to hit a Winny only cycle for 6 weeks (50mg/day)
I'd like to share my list of ancillaries I will be using throughout to protect myself from negative sides:

Multi Vitamin: 2 caps/day
Alpha Lipoic Acid: 1.5-2g/day
Milk Thistle (80% Standardised): 800mg/day
Cranberry Extract: 600mg/day
N acetyl Cysteine: 1200mg/day
Vitamin C: 2-3g/day
Saw Palmetto: 320mg/day
Nizoral Shampoo: daily
Spironolactone 2% Solution daily

Post Cycle:
Clomid (300,100,50: Standard Protocol) at end of Cycle.
Clenbuterol 50-100mcg/day

Anything missing guys?

i would add coenzyme q10 (heart)
and niacin (hdl chol)

i would drop milk thistle, and prolly the cranberry. just drink ALOT of h2o
 
A bit late to drop those, already bought them. Never mind, they won't do any harm.
About the Q10 and Niacin: what mg's?

you worry too much about ur supplementation! you should worry more about your training and nutrition :)

but that's a good thing-- but i think you're good to go-- not too sure about the Q10 or Niacin mg's just do the daily reccomended value on the bottle-- lol.
 
I don't worry too much about supplements: I just like to get things right.
Bumpin for Q10 and Niacin mg's?
 
I would really watch the winstrol if your concerned about
hair loss and by using nizo and spiro obviously you are.
Dont make the same mistake I did, trust me if you lose
your hair the buff body doesnt mean jack shit.

Pants, I'm in the UK too. Where do I find nizoral shampoo?? Superdrug? Boots? Can you tell me of the brand which has it, I've been looking for it recently but can't find it.
