The TRUTH about RXHealthDrugs!

I remember reading something about the products coming by boat instead of air which would explain some long wait times.

yeah but why? i set my friend up on a cycle and he just got his clomid two weeks ago from prohub and it took 2 weeks.. none of this 5 week bs.

Mine took 40+ days and there was zero communication regardless of how many attempts I made. Sure it came alright, but that is not service I expect. There are many other good legit sources that provide much better service. Should they revamp their customer service, maybe I will give them a try again later, but for now, noway.

I could tell you why some orders took longer and some still came within 2-3 weeks (pretty standard coming from int'l). I'm not going to say anything here, nor will I be too specific, but let's just say things have been getting figured out how to best work within the new system of recent changes due to various world events. Things aren't always as simple as they seem these days. USPS (along with many other countries post services) put an explanation on their site that all packs were being held and inspected, and to expect much longer delays, especially from certain countries.

This was a pretty limited issue that unfortunately happened to drag out for a couple months. It did not affect all orders, in fact it affected only a small percentage of orders. Of course you only hear about the bad experiences. No one posts when their packs come in after 9 days, and order was 100% correct. Only if an item was missing or an order took "too long" (<-subjective term), do people post.

Things should already be back to normal. It seems they are indeed from recent responses. People are getting stuff now in normal times.

In short it wasn't their fault. Some things happened that were out of their control and it overwhelmed them a bit until they started to get it under control. Everything has either been fixed or is being fixed. RxHealth was not alone in this either. Several places experienced the same thing.

Great info CEO and that is all understandable, but is there any reason that no correspondence was available? Like you said... other companies had the same problems, but they at least communicated the issues or communicated period. I see that as more of an issue than the delayed delivery.

Maybe if you or someone could explain why no one could man the cust serv. line we would all have a better understanding.

Thanks,

They have implemented new shipping procedures for international shipments. Alot of people are experiencing huge delays.

Information on Inbound International Mail
Due to recent incidents involving international cargo, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) instituted heightened security measures to safeguard air transport. These directives apply to U.S. bound international mail and cargo.

The U.S. Postal Service is working with the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the designated postal operators of its member countries to provide support and assistance in adhering to these TSA directives.

In December 2010, the holiday surge in international mail volume to the U.S., along with severe weather conditions in many parts of Europe and limited availability of air transport, contributed to widespread delays in transit times for international mail bound for the U.S. In addition, airlines operating at major air transit hubs have been unable to provide mail transit services for postal packets and parcels.

Since that time, a world-wide effort among UPU members and postal operators to meet the requirements of the new TSA directives has resulted in improvements in transit times for international mail bound for the U.S.

However, international packages from some points outside the U.S. may be subject to delays of several days above normal transit times as foreign postal operators continue to make progress in implementing the necessary adjustments to their operations. The U.S. Postal Service regrets any inconvenience these temporary increases in transit times may create for its customers.

Currently, mail from the United States to all countries is being handled under normal operating conditions, with these exceptions (Effective 3/16/2011):

It's not like they have a room full of people in front of computers and telephones doing "customer service". It's just not that kind of operation. It's not Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, or Amazon.com. Their business is run differently...out of necessity.

I know for a fact they did communicate with many. Some communications fell through due to different things. Certain email accounts (hotmail, et.al.) block their emails. Sometimes their emails go to junk mail too.

As for you, I told you to PM me and I would try to help. You PM'd me, I got a hold of their rep and if memory serves, you got your stuff before I could get back to you. So what the fuck are you in here talking about you didn't get any communication/correspondence??? You got the best possible...you got ME!

**I have no affiliation with Rx, other than they are a sponsor here and I'm just trying to see that our members are taken care of.

Rxhealth has always been good to me in te past. A lot of these issues are out of their control.

I've placed about 5 orders with RXHealth and the longest i waited was 21 days and a ticket was answered in less than 48 hours.
