I recently put a few threads up about overtraining, and this is what I came up with as my routine on or off the juice.
Monday-Chest, abs
Tuesday-Back, cardio
Wednesday-Legs, abs
Thursday-off,cardio, abs
Friday-Shoulders, abs
Saturday-Arms, cardio
Sunday-Power Training(bench, power cleans, squats), cardio
How does this look. Any suggestions of any problem areas in this routine. I play football in college so I need to bench, squat, and clean, at least twice a week. Now what should my reps and sets be while on my fina, winny, and aratest?
