The New Routine

I recently put a few threads up about overtraining, and this is what I came up with as my routine on or off the juice.
Monday-Chest, abs
Tuesday-Back, cardio
Wednesday-Legs, abs
Thursday-off,cardio, abs
Friday-Shoulders, abs
Saturday-Arms, cardio
Sunday-Power Training(bench, power cleans, squats), cardio

How does this look. Any suggestions of any problem areas in this routine. I play football in college so I need to bench, squat, and clean, at least twice a week. Now what should my reps and sets be while on my fina, winny, and aratest?:confused:
 
Monday: Chest/delts(except rear) cardio
Tuesday: Off
Wed: Hams, calves, abs
Thur: Arms, cardio
Friday:Off
Sat: Back, traps, rear delts, cardio
Sun: Quads, calves, abs

Thats should be good w/o overtraining.:) but ya wouldnt be hitting squats, press, and clean 2x a week

The question is how dedicated are you to bodybuilding and football. If football is more important you might want to try a powerlifting routine. Some people like the 3x3 routine..doing bench, deadlift, and squat mon/wed/fri and thats it....like 5 sets of 5...havent done it since i played in high school myself but it works pretty damn good for athletic strength...could also maybe add a little auxiliary lifts each day but keep it minimal...Some thoughts
 
My goal is that I want to be a bodybuilder after I get out of college, but our program sucks no one on my team follows it everyone basically follows there own shit but they call try to do bench, squat, power clean, no being egotistical but I play corner back and am the strongest one out of our whole team I am #3 for totals in the three core lifts. I totaled bench-340, Powercleans-260 and squat-475(ass to heels, also had the highest squat on the team) The problem I have that it is hard to be a football player and a bodybuilder at the same time and I realize that I want to loose some bodyfat and get a little more cut, thats why I have the fina in there, in the summer is usually when I start to do jsut power lifting stuff. So I am hoping the fina winny and aratest gives me what I want. So what do you guys think. I mean theres so many different ways to lift out there I just want some feed back to what everyone thinks works good
 
Everyone has different opinions on a split and how often to train. What you had above was way to much IMO. You need to experiment and go with what you think will work for you. For me it's

Mon- Arms
Wed- Chest, Calves
Fri- Back Shoulders
Sat- Legs
 
Please help me out I need info and pretty fast. I have put a few posts on here about my new cycle and i am starting it tomorrow 4/22. It is finaplix, winny, and aratest. I am thinking of running it like so.
weeks:1-10 aratest
Weeks:1-7 fina
weeks: 3-10 winny
Does that look ok or any suggestions?

my diet was going to be a keto diet, but im not sure how that would work. Or should I have more carbs. I want this to be a cut cycle and I have never done a cut cycle before so i need some help please reply asap. Thanks
