i have been off for a week and two days. my body is the same if not better. my bench went up 5lb. since i have been off. still feel strong and muscles are becoming even more define
 
How do you do your splits? 4x a wk upper/lower? if so try heavy lifting monday, tuesday then do the same rountine thursday, friday but lighten the load. this will help your muscle recovery. its what i do, and its working wonders without gear :P

Um...are you kidding???

DC is NOT for beginners! This kid says he's lifted off and on (doesn't say how long), and he's only 18 (meaning probably not that long). Go with something like the 5x5 before you think about trying DC. You need to know your body well and how it reacts. Not to mention DC is ideally for those who have pretty much maxed out gains on other programs first.

Forget about DC for now LifttoLive.

Yeah. Too late though. Like a typical 18 y/o, he didn't listen to that nonsense, because he knows better. In fact, he's already getting ready for his next cycle!

Maybe he'll get another 5 lbs. increase on his bench!!!!!!!!!!!@#!@#E
 
He said the increase of 5lbs was since he has been off his cycle not while on it. How come one person misreads and then everyone just goes off of what they say without even reading the post they are commenting on?
