I just got back from Bed Bath and Beyond and got a Homedics shiatsu massager for under $40. This little bugger is amazing...and powerful.

I've been having shoulder problems so I need to keep my shoulders very tight when benching and today I pinched a nerve and decided to try this out and it works wonders. I've been wanting to get one but the wifey always complains when I get stuff like this. She is preggers and I know she will definitely want to use it tonight for her lower back.

Today I've used it on my lower back, upper back (where I pinched the nerve) and on my shoulder. Feels great...and dirt cheap. Much less expensive than the $1500 chairs they sell too lol

I didn't think it would be strong. I am 200+ lbs and sat on the damn thing to massage my ass cheek (I went running yesterday...not for reasons) and it kept going.

All it needs is a beer can holder, a flesh light attachment, and a voice that says "yes master" (in a hot Australian accent like my Garmin GPS) and it would be perfect.
