ok thanks for clearing that up. im all for this program! im just weary disussing cycles and what not to someone else lol..

You are lucky to have someone like that around your area. There is no one around here who could do that for me. I have a degree in exercise science and hold the CSCS through the NSCA, there aren't many around here who know more than me unfortunately. There aren't many competitive guys around here. They all come to me. The problem is I don't know that much. I just turned 25 and have only done 3 shows. I can make huge changes in average and even somewhat advanced people, but I couldn't probably take an advanced person and make dramatic changes.

true, its tough to find trainers who have that kind of experience, not just as a trainer, but as a competitor who has been to the highest levels.
The first time we met, she told me that if I went into the show, and didnt feel tiny, and worn right out, then I did something wrong. She said backstage at the olympia she would be one of the largest competitors, and would still feel absolutely tiny....hearing that from someone thats been to that level has helped out a lot as I feel like I could shop in the little boys section for clothes now....

Getting small like that is tough. It messes with your head something awful. My favorite part is when I weigh 225 a week out and people are calling me skinny, just goes to show you that it's all relative.

It's also having someone other than yourself giving you honest input. I don't know about you guys but some days when I'm getting ready for a show I look at myself and am like "I'm flat, I'm small, I behind schedule". But then you get someone(who knows) to take a look at you and tell you your right on track.

212? holy shit. too bad i cant be there to laugh at your skinny ass.

haha, and what does yours look like after weeks of drinking like a fish and almost no training.....luckily that far north you wont have much else to do other than try in vain to get bigger than me.....

I feel small at 212lbs, but I woke up this morning, veins all up my abs and quads, striations everywhere.....that kinda helps....till I put on a shirt

don't let your "mind" fuck with your head
