The importance of the right trainer.....

who said that, read what I said about the guy that just won the provincials here, all his training was done online, and he absolutely blew away the competition, if a trainer can get someone into that kind of condition through the internet(and it is a real science), then working with anyone else would be very easy

weary about discussing cycles with someone who was a top IFBB pro herself, and knows all the top ones now....she is exactly who I want to discuss mine with
 
I guess I'm not too big on the idea of hiring someone to come in and motivate me. I'm not having problems with growing or eating, and am fairly confident that I will have improved from my last show. I don't have a lifting partner for that reason, as I haven't found a person that won't talk to everyone in the gym, or isn't as intense or motivated as myself. That's just where I'm at with my training..
If she can take you to the next level, go for it and we all wish you the best..

its not a motivation thing with me, i just cant get any bigger on my own. This last year I used huge amounts of gear, at 450-500 grams of protein every day(despite it causing my stomach no shortage of problems), never missed a workout, hell I even went in one week while I was coughing up blood...and I might have gained 5lbs
I need someone who knows that much more than me, to take me beyond this level with knowlege I just dont seem to have

That's exactly what I had figured with ya that you had been "tapped out". I knew you wouldn't take it as a flame...
Even with you annual subscription to Maxim and FHM you still aren't getting any beneficial training advice?? Time to break out the big guns...Men's Health, here we come.. :p

Once you get to that level and beyond every little edge you get helps. It's like you can take an every day sports car and shave a coulpe of seconds off the quater mile pretty easy. But it takes a real knowlegable person to take even a couple of tenth's of of a top fuel dragster.
