The Importance Of Steroids

First off just because he trains for his sport doesn't mean he doesn't have the knowledge to effectively train someone else to do well in their competitions. In my experience good competitors are not necessarily good coaches. You need the knowledge to coach, and a certain level of experience, but being a good coach and putting that knowledge to work does not require a 6% bodyfat.

Second who cares even if 5 years ago he was asking newbie questions. 5 years is a long time, upper division college and doctorate school takes 5 years (not counting the 2 years for general reqs). Medical doctors go from being "newbs" to doctors in 5 years...

I don't have any loyalty to AR, hell bash him all you want if you think his advice sucks, but stick to good arguments.

Anyone can have knowledge of the sport after studying it for 5 years. Shit, Ive been studying this stuff pretty much since highschool, and you dont see me going around calling myself an expert, im far from it. Being called a professional is something that you earn, not constantly bragging you have 3 books published, and you train a female IFBB fitness pro, big fucking deal. Ask him if she won anything major? She hasnt.. She probably did what quite a few girls do, they compete in those local fitness shows where only 2 girls show up, and they automatically qualify to compete for the pro card. They dont compete in figure, because they dont stand a chance or wont even be in the top 5. There will be 25-30 girls in figure, and only 2 in fitness.. Every fitness show in my area, Ive never seen more than 2 girls compete. They automatically qualify.. its a joke!

ar, has no degree in science, but he makes you think he does.

Either does Llywellin, Duchaine. Roberts, Zuppano, Rea, Grumling, Phillips or just about anyone else who has written about the use of anabolics for muscle building purposes.

That's the new thing with websites, ala' T-Nation. "LET'S FIND SOME KID WHO GOT A DEGREE FIVE MINUTES AGO IN EITHER BIOLOGY OR CHEMISTRY AND WE'LL PROMOTE HIM AS THE "EXPERT" SINCE HE HAS "CREDENTIALS." It's bullshit.

I've spoken to pros about gear use and you'd be amazed how ill informed they are. Doesn't matter. Inject, lift, eat repeat. It's ain't quantum physics.

I'm coming in here a bit late, but I do want to know something. I'm really geting tired of arguing on these boards and I've got enough stress in my life that I don't need to add to it, but I have a question. Anthony, seriousley, what makes you more of an expert than I when it comes to steroids. For instance, I rarely hear anything that I haven't already heard or known. I've talked to doctors, in fact a good friend of mine that I went to college with is now an internist in Des Moines, IA. and he has used quite a bit himself. We talk about cycles and theory all the time. I wouldn't claim to be an expert, but I know more than most and if I may say, I know more than a lot of doctors about steroids for the simple fact that they do not spend the time researching them like someone who is using them and truly interested in the science behind it. I'm not attacking you, Anthony, but would like your own explanation as to why I should buy your book, and I'd be willing to, if you could explain your credentials a bit more. Your posts do not really teach me anything. I'm not saying they are not informative for most, they just don't really open my eyes up to anything new. Granted, alot of the times your arguing with others because they have already attacked you. So what is really going on with you, man?

Show me one quote where duchaine calls himself an expert. He earned that title, without a doubt.. Every other post roberts brags about having a book published or calling himself an expert. Big fucking deal.. Last time I checked none of his books were on the best seller list.. Oh, but it is number one on amazon google or borders or whatever site it is..woopty doo!

How many books does Llewellyn have published? I know its at least 4.. You dont see him braggin on every site about this either..

This whole thing may not be physics, but it is a science, and you wont convince me otherwise. Inject, lift, eat, repeat? Cmon.. thats why 95% of the people in the gym look the same as they did 5 years ago.. They swell up for a few months and than they are back to normal right after with advice like that..

Are you serious? You think the pros look better because they know more about pharmacology?!

The innovative Custom Capsule concept was created by a small group of health-conscious supplement users who wanted freedom from the one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. They wanted the unique ability to create their own products, and they wanted to extend that ability to health-conscious consumers everywhere.

In a manner unlike any used by today’s nutritional supplement manufacturers, the Custom Capsule concept empowers consumers to choose the ingredients they want, in the amounts they want, through an online virtual compounding pharmacy. Supplements are made to order with the highest quality ingredients available in Custom Capsule’s state-of-the-art lab and shipped promptly to the customer’s address.

For two years, the Custom Capsule team worked to perfect the revolutionary process of online custom supplement design. Through research and development, the team established a stringent set of guidelines that resulted in 1) a manufacturing process for providing affordable, small quantities of capsules, 2) the delivery of consistency and quality for each batch, and 3) a fail-safe safety protocol to guarantee that every order contained the exact formula the customer selected.

Once the Custom Capsule lab was operational, the Web site service was designed with specialized software to provide the customer with the means to correctly measure the amount of ingredients that can fit into a capsule, to provide important information such as the number of pills per serving, and to protect the customer from dangerous ingredient amounts and combinations. This simple, user-friendly experience is further enhanced by informative ingredient descriptions and warnings.

In addition to the power to create one’s own capsule, customers may choose from a wide selection of pre-made products formulated with Custom Capsule’s dedication to affordable, high-quality products. Non-encapsulated supplements, such as bulk powders, are also available.

Custom Capsule will continually work to better serve the nutritional supplement needs of health-conscious consumers. New products and features will be offered regularly, and feedback is always welcome

thank you carry on..........
