The Importance Of Steroids

I appreciate AR. Hearing about him and reading his posts made me finally realize what I needed to major in: Biology (specifically micro and headed up later to be an endo). I realized that I didn't want to be that guy who gives off info from boards, articles, and medical journals without having any formal background in medicine or biology - thus having no credentials whatsoever. Kudos AR!!

I went from squatting 315 for 10 to 365 for 9 with no juice. Just a shitload of creatine and prayer before each set. I had also stopped counting calories and therefore more food. This was in 1996. I had not touched juice in 4 years at the time. But my bench would never shoot up like that, as you said genetics (as you said, your chest vs. your calves -- we have opposite genetic attributes)

Good for you! Thats awesome! There is an obvious concentration on your legs they are solid. Upper body needs to catch up a bit. I have the opposit issue I have to concentrate more on my legs they need catching up but that has been coming along slowly BUT surely

Well, to be honest, I didn't agree with your prison food statements at all, but with you and AR duking it out, my comment was lost in the shuffle.

I was strictly cutting then. Jintropin 5 IUs per day throughout.
Minimal aas. Started out with 200 mg/week deca (2/3 ml of QV deca 300mg/ml), once vial ran out switched to BD tren depot (tren hex) 100mg/week (That's it), and then once BD var arrived I quit the tren hex and went to 50 mg/day BD var. No stacking only single compounds. Only constant was 5 IUs per day Jintropin. I hit the treadmill for one hour at a time 3 x per week up to 7mph.
Those stats were approx 183 lbs at 5'11"

vascular as shit do you think thats from the hgh?
