gotta agree with dial tone about the tattoo thing. what was once kinda cool and radical has now become tired. :o i predict a lot of dermatologists and plastic surgeons will be cleaning up in a year or two when it is deemed tattoos are passe.

one awful trend that thankfully seems to have passed is pretty girls mutilating themselves with ugly belly button rings. i guess brittany no longer wears one. and what the hell is attractive about a piece of metal sticking out of your nose or eyebrow? (i better duck after posting this)>
 
you're only 5'8" damn man, thats how tall I am and you got like 68lbs on me.

why the layoff from the gym for so long?

what about them trainers, at my gym we have a fat guy who thinks he is big, skinny retarded guy and by that I mean a guy who has a license in his hand that clasifies him as a retard, few girls who do nothing but talk and look nothing like the work out. Few more guys that look like they've never touched the weight and I have to admit that there is 1 or 2 who might actually work out.

i couldn't sleep last night, so at around 4 am, i decided to scrape some nasty resin out of my bowl and smoke it. actually got a halfbuzz. ate some sick munchies. went to bed around 5:30 am, got out of bed at around 8 am. got ready, and went to work. didn't feel great, but i wasn't a zombie either, surprisingly.

yep, this is the life. someone loan me a bullet.
 
I got 3 scoops of allthewhey in 15oz of Arrowhead water here. I may have to chase this bitch with an ice cream sandwich. LOL

actually, havn't had any new ink in 5 years and been really wanting to get some work done for a while now. i had all my ink before i started lifting though.


4. Calves do not have to be any larger than 13" provided your arms are over 16".

5. Your max bench must exceed your max squat by at least 50lbs or else you don't have a clue as to what you are doing.

6. Deadlifts are a waste of time. Guys that deadlift are doing nothing but showing off to the rest of the gym.
