Yep. These guys all do this stupid 20-30 sets per body part once a week, on a gram of test (for some reason everyone in my town seems to think high dose sustanon/eq stacks or winstrol only stacks at 50 mg eod are the way to go) But have 15" arms at 180 lbs when they are 5'11". They will do every angle and machine they can find for 4 sets for every body part. LoL
 
I hate when women with beautiful tits dont go topless. I mean If i had a torso that was fucking buff and ripped I wouldn't even OWN any shirts

maybe they don't know theirs are beautiful. I'd be topless all the time if i could.
 
Today's character is the 24/7 bidness man. This guy is so in tune with world events he's reading the damn newspaper between sets.....and not just sports section. He looks like he's got the whole thing there with him. This, of course, means he's getting in a good 3-5 minutes rest between sets.
 
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say I don't mind if someone rests 3-5 minutes preparing for a heavy compound lift like squats or bench press.

When you move onto things like lat pulldowns, or incline db press, no more than 1.5-2 mins rest though.
 
I need to see a pair of 45's for each minutes rest, so if you're resting 5 minutes to bench press 225 you need an ass beating.......unless you're a woman.
 
Well... I guess you can kick my ass. I usually rest 3-4 mins before doing my heaviest bench set with 285 for 4-5.
 
LOL, I use the Hammer Strength anyway.
 
Be glad, I go to LA fitness since its a convenient 1.3 miles from my house and I can walk there when I need to (no car yet, but getting one within a week or two). You will not see more 130-150lb kids who live in 1 million dollar+ houses in my city, and in the next city over have kids with 2-5mil houses walking around in wife beaters, bandana's and pants fastened around their knee's.

Tomarrow is usually chest day but I'll be pushing it back and switching it for leg day. Its easy for me to get the squat rack. Basically we have 1 rack, 3 smiths (just got a new one recently) and everyone squats on smiths. In order to monopolize the rack, my brother and me (yeah me you bastages =P) go inbetween each other sets. Rest time of 60 seconds for me while he takes a bit longer usually 90-120.

If I could deal with waking up at 5 I would be there then. People actually lift weights :mix:

Busy looking for a 24hour gym, I'm getting sick of being tossed out at 10pm on fridays and 8 on weekends. Just put a cot over between the benches for me.
