Yep. These guys all do this stupid 20-30 sets per body part once a week, on a gram of test (for some reason everyone in my town seems to think high dose sustanon/eq stacks or winstrol only stacks at 50 mg eod are the way to go) But have 15" arms at 180 lbs when they are 5'11". They will do every angle and machine they can find for 4 sets for every body part. LoL
