id write my workouts but im typing from my ps3 takes too long. basically highlights of my gym experience in last 2 weeks are
1) 371x1 bench.
2) 315 on squats for 8 is easy which was my goal could have done more.
3) 135x5 bb curl, new pr.
4) Size wise im still around 210 but lot more filled out and veiny. teammates call me the hulk haha. also just as lean (6 pack)
I got about 4weeks left of cycle def an A+ so far!

hell yea bro! Fuck ive been so busy lately im not even on a routine and im on a fuckin cycle LOLOL so i need to start gettin on something again. Thx for checkin my log im gonna start updating it again, i keep saying that but this time im serious lol

Hey guys. Im gonna fuckin update this log more starting tonight. Im not even on a routine because ive been so busy i just hit what feels fresh. Im gonna go on a 5 day split all the way through OCT then get on 5x3 lkike oso is on. Ive also been running since im on the track team for my college. We have a meet on the 20th and im gonna be running the 100m and the relay.
Been smoking cigarettes, dippin and drinking occasionally as well. But my cardio is getting better. I have the huge bruise looks like staff infection on my leg lol. Doesnt hurt but wtf can it be hahaha, ill take some update pics at the end of my cycle in about 3 weeks. I dont want to come off! Im also gonna get sarms for PCT, it doesnt shut you down and it acts like steroids. Maybe it will help me to continue to get stronger through PCT. Here is what my log will consist of every day from now on.
