Oral Winstrol has a lower bioavailability and thus requires a higher dosage in order to produce the equivalent effects of it's injectable counterpart. At these elevated dosages, side-effects such as joint pain can can become more pronounced.

Having said that, there are other significant differences that render these two Winstrol preparations very different. For example, oral Winstrol actually has a higher binding affinity for SHBG, while the injectable Winstrol increases Nitrogen retention 20% more than the oral.

For overall mass and strength, I consider the injectable superior.
