That is a vegan webpage. My cousin is a vegan and preaches that crap to me all the time. The point of the matter is that you cant eat to many foods out there without some kind of dairy products out there. I do agree that there are a lot of additives to milk, there is to all kinds of food also.

My vegan cousin thinks he is so fuckin healthy, criticizes my high protein diet all the time and it pisses me off because he is such a joke. He is unheathily skinny, extremely pale, weak, and has the worst gas, where I am big and strong and fit. I do eat my share of veggies as I love all kinds of food, but I eat TUNS of protein, and a drink lot of milk.
He will criticize me for drinking a whey shake with skim milk, for breakfast, while he cracks a can of coke for breakfast? WTF? Damn vegans! hahhaa
