I am putting this here as a reminder to myself.
To remember the anger i felt yesterday when i lifted those weights, when i realized how weak i was, the weight i had lost, the time i had squandered sitting in front of a stupid box of images.
To remind myself not to forget nutrition...to eat often, to eat well..to remember my goals and to go back to Westside training with a few of my own quirks.
The paht has been chosen and everytime i visit now it will be a test to my will. Had i done what i set out to do? Have i become lazy? Downplayed my goals? You know why you came here today and now you will remember. So if you are sitting there doing nothing i am urging you, my future self, to get your ass to the gym...hit up a sushi buffet and get to where you want to be.
